I can't find the tracking number of my order. Can you tell me where it is?

If you don't see the tracking number with your order, you selected the untracked shipping (which is the default setting. You can upgrade to tracked, priority shipping at checkout), so I don't have info about the tracking.

Most untracked orders deliver within 5-7 business days (Sunday post office doesn't deliver). Very few take up to 10 business days. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, definitely contact me to figure out a solution. 

Why can't you just offer tracking for all orders?

USPS First-Class mail letter is consistent, reliable, and inexpensive. In addition, it delivers as fast as tracked packages. I personally think it's too expensive to add $4+ shipping cost on a $5 card or a $3.75 sticker. I want to give you the option to buy a card without paying shipping as high as your product. 

Why can't you offer free shipping and delivery within two days? yeah, just like Amazon!

First of all, I barely receive my amazon packages within 2 days nowadays. Secondly, all my handmade products are made to order. I am just a teeny tiny micro-business run by myself, while Amazon has gigantic warehouses with killer robots to handle orders. I am always mindful of your deadline, especially with any seasonal holiday approaching. You can always message first to confirm delivery time before placing any orders. 

Grrr, it has been 2 weeks, where is my order?

I am sorry that you haven't received it yet. It is rare for USPS to lose, or severely delay mail, but it does happen from time to time. I wish I could guarantee delivery but it was completely out of my control once I shipped it out. USPS doesn’t even take lost mail investigation claims until it’s 15 days delayed :(

I take pride in providing 100% satisfaction to all my buyers. If there is enough time before your event, I can ship a replacement asap. Or, I can issue a full refund including shipping. Let me know which works best for you. Also, please confirm whether the shipping address remains the same or is changed for replacement.

I need to receive the order ASAP. Please let me know if I can receive it by XYZ date!

I can ship out your order as soon as the same day once I confirmed your rush request during weekdays, but I can't guarantee the delivery date because it's out of my hand once it's shipped out. I hope you understand.

I do offer additional tracked shipping. While it's not faster, you can see the tracking info to get peace of mind; priority shipping which takes 2-4 business days, and an express 1-2 days guarantee.

You sent me the wrong card! what the heck?!

Oopsie! I am sorry that I made a mistake. I make each card and product as I am packing your order. Sometimes, I do mix up two orders. (I have to admit I watch true crime shows at the same time because it takes forever to fulfil orders) 

Please send me an email with your order number to Hello@LiyanaStudio.com to give me a chance to correct the mistake. Any binge worthy show recommendation is welcome. 

Why are you charging me sales tax?

I am required by law to charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Washington. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to other states. In some states, shipping charges are also subject to tax.
