Remember, not everyone on your holiday card list should get the exact same card. Your boss doesn't need to see your dog's butt farting Christmas cheers on a Christmas card whereas your best friend who owns 3 dogs and 5 cats will certainly enjoy that sentiment. If you wanted, you could just as easily split your holiday card list up into groups of people like those closest to you and those you know celebrate Christmas perhaps would be delighted to receive a Christmas card from you while the others on your list would appreciate a Season's Greetings, Religious Nativity Christmas cards, Hanukkah cards, or a Happy New Year card.

When to mail put Holiday cards?

• Christmas cards — Dec 1st – December 10th 
• Holiday cards — December 1st – December 15th 
• Business Holiday cards — December 1st – December 15th 
• New Year cards — December 1st – January 7th *most flexible*
• Thanksgiving cards — November 7th – November 14th 

Who should you send Christmas cards to?

The question should really be what card you should send to whom because at the end of the day, most people in your life would be delighted to receive a Christmas card from you. On the other hand, maybe skip mailing your long-lost friend from middle school a random Christmas greeting--that's what social media DM is for ";)
The key to remember is not everyone on your list should receive the same Christmas card. Your friends will adore seeing your kids’ smiling faces, but may very well confuse your clients.
